[6:15] Type 1 – Your pancreas doesn’t make enough insulin. Type 2, your pancreas makes too much insulin. In medical school they are not taught the difference. They must be treated differently. You must test insulin levels. No insulin-Type 1 & you have to inject insulin. High insulin-Type 2 & you better not inject insulin.

[9:30] the reason you have this, is because of TOO MUCH. Too much insulin from too much sugar. \
[10:20] Carbohydrates are sugars that are attached together. We call it starch. Its broken down in your intestine, in to sugar!
[11:10] You can get Diabetes from being a Fruititarian. If you’re ever worried about pancreatic cancer, give your pancreas a rest. Don’t eat!
[12:50] We almost have to treat sugar and sweets like an addiction. It’s toxic like a drug. The more you eat and the more you want.
[14:30] The simplest definition of Type 2 Diabetes is TOXIC on SUGAR. Sugar also includes starch. Natural doesn’t mean you can’t get toxic on it. You can get toxic on anything if you get too much.
[15:55] This is what you do with Diabetes.
1. remove all sugar sources
2. Take out or use up what’s toxic in your body
